Outsourced Delivery Service
The Workshop partners with professional third-party courier services for all deliveries. Once your order is shipped, delivery is managed entirely by our delivery partner.
How Delivery Works
1. Order Handoff
When your order status changes to "Delivery":
- Your packaged order is handed over to our trusted delivery partner
- You receive an SMS notification that shipment has begun
- The 3-7 business day delivery window starts
2. Courier Contact
Our delivery partner will:
- Contact you directly via the phone number you provided
- Coordinate a delivery time that works for you
- Confirm your delivery address
- Provide updates on delivery status
Important:
Please ensure the phone number provided during checkout is active and reachable. The courier will use this number to contact you directly.
3. Delivery Completion
When the courier arrives:
- Verify that you received the correct package
- Inspect the package for any visible damage
- Sign for receipt of delivery (if required)
- Report any damage immediately to both the courier and The Workshop
Your Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Provide accurate information: Ensure your phone number and address are correct
- Be available: Answer calls from unfamiliar numbers during the delivery window
- Coordinate timing: Work with the courier to arrange a convenient delivery time
- Inspect upon delivery: Check the package condition before accepting
- Report damage promptly: Contact us within 3 days if there's damage (see Refund Policy)
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot reach you or complete delivery:
- Multiple delivery attempts will be made (typically 3 attempts)
- The courier will try to contact you each time
- After failed attempts, the package may be returned to our facility
- Redelivery may incur additional charges
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Note the damage with the courier if possible
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product damage
- Contact us within 3 business days with photos and order details
- We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the delivery partner to locate your order or arrange a replacement/refund.

Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery: 3-7 business days from when your order reaches "Delivery" status. Actual delivery time depends on your location and courier availability. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Limitations of Liability
While we carefully select our delivery partners:
- The Workshop is not directly responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier
- We will assist in resolving any delivery issues to the best of our ability
- For damaged or lost packages, we work with the courier to investigate and resolve claims
- We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process
