No Exchanges Allowed

The Workshop does not offer product exchanges for any reason.

Why No Exchanges?

Each 3D printed item we produce is custom-made to order based on your specific file and configuration. Because of the personalized nature of our service:

  • All products are made-to-order and cannot be restocked
  • Each item is unique to your specifications
  • Materials and printing time are dedicated to your specific order

What Are My Options?

If You Receive a Damaged Product

We offer refunds for damaged products. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. You must report damage within 3 business days of delivery.

If You Want Different Specifications

If you would like a different size, color, material, or design, you will need to place a new order with the desired specifications. We cannot exchange already-printed items.

Before You Order

To ensure you're satisfied with your purchase, please:

  • Carefully review your 3D model file before uploading
  • Double-check all specifications (material, color, size, layer height)
  • Verify your shipping address is correct
  • Contact us if you have any questions before placing your order
