Damaged Product Refunds
At The Workshop, we take great care in producing and packaging your 3D printed items. However, if you receive a damaged product, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria
- The product must be damaged upon delivery
- Damage must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage
- The product must not have been used or modified after delivery
How to Request a Refund

- Send clear photos showing the damage from multiple angles
- Include photos of the packaging if relevant
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Full refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You may be required to return the damaged item at our expense
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Damage reported after the 3-day window
- Damage caused by user modification or misuse
- Products that do not match personal expectations (color, size as specified)
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, we may offer to replace the damaged item at no additional cost. Replacement items are subject to the same 3D printing and delivery timelines as original orders.
