Shipping Coverage
The Workshop provides shipping services exclusively within Egypt. We deliver to all Egyptian governorates including:
- Cairo
- Giza
- Alexandria
- Dakahlia
- Beheira
- Sharqia
- Qaliubiya
- And all other governorates
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Timeline
Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days
Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after your order status changes to "Delivery".
Order Processing Stages
Your order goes through several stages before shipping:
- Uploading: You upload your 3D model files
- Customer Info: You provide shipping and contact details
- Payment: Payment is authorized (not charged yet)
- Pending Review: Our team reviews your order and files
- Approved: Order is approved and payment is captured
- Printing: Your items are being 3D printed
- Slicing: Final processing and quality checks
- Packaging: Items are carefully packaged for shipment
- Delivery: Order is handed to delivery partner - shipping begins
The 3-7 business day shipping window starts when your order reaches the "Delivery" status.
Shipping Address Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please provide:
- Full Name: Recipient's complete name
- Phone Number: Active Egyptian phone number for delivery coordination
- Complete Street Address: Building number, street name, apartment/floor details
- City and Governorate: Must be in Egypt
- Landmark (Optional but recommended): Nearby recognizable location
- Postal Code (Optional): If available for your area
Important Notes
- Ensure your address is complete and accurate before confirming your order
- The Workshop is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses
- Additional delivery charges or delays may apply to remote areas
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Delivery governorate and city
- Package weight and dimensions
- Order value
The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive an SMS notification
- The delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange delivery
- You can check your order status in your account under "My Orders"
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will:
- Contact you by phone before delivery
- Attempt delivery up to 3 times
- Return the package to us if delivery cannot be completed
Please ensure your phone number is correct and reachable during the delivery window.
Delays and Issues
While we strive to meet our shipping timeline, delays may occur due to:
- National holidays and weekends
- Weather conditions
- Remote delivery locations
- Unforeseen circumstances
